What is different about this set of questions?

It is not designed to test you, check up on you, or assign some sort of judgement about you and your Customer Service performance or abilities.

It is designed to find out exactly what YOU are having trouble with. Not the opionion of some customer survey or your manager. If we can find out what sets you off, what makes you feel like you have no power or control, why you sometimes suffer and loose sleep over a situation you had with a customer - all or any of these things - and if I can show you how to conquer these and keep your integrity, would that help?
